    Hey there – I just wanted to share that I follow your blog. I love your energy and I know you’ll make your 10 mile run goal. :) Just checked out your videos and I’m so on board with the October theme – “Weak Things Made Strong”. I’m recovering from a flare from Crohn’s disease, and never has wellness been so important to me! (And I thought it was important before). My big goal (and it’s huge) is to embrace natural foods, meditate regularly, and leave out the inflammatory – un/friendly foods. It’s a lofty goal – but like you – I know it can be done. Thanks for the inspiration.- Melissa

      Hi Melissa! I’m so glad we’re in this together! : ) I have been totally inspired by Kris Carr and learned a lot about inflammation in the body through her. I’m a newer juicer, and I have never felt better. Do you juice? Been focused on friendly foods myself and it has been working wonders. So glad you are in for this month. Thank you for your inspiration too! xo
